The A Prime Specimen mission in ARC Raiders challenges players to navigate hazardous environments and interact with massive mechanical husks on the Blue Gate map. Completing this objective requires careful preparation, resource management, and precise movement to avoid environmental traps. Understanding the core mission steps ensures a smooth run without losing valuable equipment during extraction.

Acquiring Required Items and Location Overview

Before attempting to loot the target machine, players must secure two ARC Powercells from defeating basic mechanical enemies. These powercells are frequently dropped by common units such as Wasps and Hornets scattered throughout the region. Once gathered, head toward one of the designated ARC Deforester locations situated around the Blue Gate landscape.

Reaching the massive husk reveals a sparking electrical panel near the main hull opening. Inserting the first powercell activates the internal mechanisms, which triggers periodic fire blasts inside the structure. Players must prepare to time their movements carefully to avoid taking heavy fire damage.

Navigating the Deforester Fire Hazards

With the initial panel activated, observe the flame cycles shooting across the internal walkway. Wait for a brief gap in the fire before sprinting or rolling through to reach the second power terminal. Depositing the second ARC Powercell inside unlocks access to the upper level of the husk.

After inserting both cells, navigate back toward the front entrance to find an elevated ledge. Jump and mantle up to the upper deck where additional flame hazard patterns will emerge. Carefully time your final push along the central platform to reach the target container.

Looting the Vessel and Extracting Safely

Searching the designated loot panel at the back of the upper deck officially registers the quest as complete. While the container offers essential mechanical components and salvageable materials, staying alert is vital due to rival players in the vicinity. Once the interaction finishes, make your way toward any active extraction point to return home safely.
